Jeanne Tyler Taylor - Resume

Real Estate Sales/Brokerage Management is the second career for Jeanne.  She opened her own real estate brokerage firm in April of 2013 in Canton, TX.  Her prior career in the traditional field of architecture and interior design uniquely prepared her for the success she has achieved in Real Estate.

In 2005 Jeanne went back to school, acquired her real estate licence and joined Century 21 Evans, REALTORS as a Sales Associate in July of 2005.  Her keen understanding of internet marketing & the importance of printed collateral materials caught her Brokers attention and in 2006 she become OFFICE MANAGER, where over the course of the next 4 years she developed & implemented a brokerage accounting/management system, office policy & procedures plan & an Agent Sales Marketing System that resulted in dramatic increases in listings, sales, timely closings and clean franchise audits.  Still always a Sales Associate she focused on securing expired, long unsold and distressed foreclosed properties, where concentrated specialized marketing plans were developed which lead to quick sales and very satisfied clients.  Amoung the TOP 5 Centtury 21 Agents for 2006 - 2009 Jeanne had many monthly "Top Producer" & "Top Lister" awards, but her main source of satisfaction was knowing her clients got the very best representation possible in an uncertain and changing market.  That dedicated representation continues today for all of her clients whether they are REO Asset Managers, Sellers with short time frames due to financial burdens or with unsold properties long on the market, Buyers looking for affordable homes or Investors buying HUD or Bank REO Foreclosures.

Her prior experience in Architecture/Interior Design has served Jeannes clients well by providing the value added services of Home Staging and Property Improvement/Renovation Cost vs. Benefit Reports.  Her Strategic Planning skills help to determine a clients needs vs. wants so that the options she presents are clearly defined to save that Seller or Buyer time and money.  And last but not least, her years of experience as a real estate closer means her clients have pro-active representation about what happens in the title closing process with a true understanding of potential obstacles and how to avoid them.
